Meet the Team
Pam Saunders-Ward
Founder - Registered PsychologistHi, I’m Pam Saunders-Ward, a registered psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I have worked across both the United Kingdom and Australia, providing evidence-based psychological therapies to a diverse range of clients.
I provide a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, helping clients process difficult emotions and better understand behavioural responses in a safe and supportive environment.
I utilise a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, working collaboratively to guide them through recovery.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and have a special interest in working with children and families, as well as Defence personnel, Veterans, NDIS and frontline workers.
In addition, I offer specialised services including report writing, professional supervision, and other tailored supports. Please feel free to get in touch for further information.
Let me support you in meeting your goals. I am available for both online and in-person sessions.
